NO se pueden confiar paquetes a esta empresa plagada de ineptos que no saben, ni se molestan en explicar, como se puede enviar un paquete a una localidad errónea que está a casi 200 km, que no tiene ni una dirección que se le parezca a la dirección correcta, mucho menos el código postal, y que no recojan datos, al menos de a quién le han entregado tu paquete y un porqué si no coincide nada?, no hay lugar a confusiones tan solo a trabajadores que no están cualificados ni mínimamente.

It is the worst parcel service company. I made an order online to deliver my wife at home because I am almost never at home and I was lucky that on the day of delivery I waited for the delivery man since my wife went to her mother's house to look for something for a few minutes. The delivery man arrived minutes before she arrived and told me that he could not deliver the packages since my name was not the owner. I showed him my identification and the card which I used to buy the product, until the confirmation message that contained all the data and even so he refused to give me the delivery.

When driver delivered my package he pushed against siding of my home. I did not appreciate it.. made me angry.

NEVER EVER DO ANYTHING WITH UPS. - Whether you're shipping or receiving, MAKE SURE UPS DO NOT GET INVOLVED. The shipment literally travelled to more countries in a week than I have in my entire life. Had one issue with custom. Made thousands of calls, sent the same information in emails to god-knows how many staff, still unable to resolve. Staff from Customer services are EXTREMELY difficult to understand and clearly themselves do not quite have a good understanding of their job duties. And here goes what happened when trying to communicate with them in 6 DAYS IN A ROLE: - One morning I received a phone call from them saying they need further info from my side, - Done that, - Wait for an entire day of no response, - Called them many many times, not helpful at all, - the next day - REPEAT One fascinating thing is EVERY staff were able to provide the EXACT SAME USELESS RESPONSES where NONE of them can provide accurate updates to my shipment. I'm still waiting for my shipment.

Retailer said it was shipped. I checked with UPS they said it had not been received Then 2 days Later UPS said they received it. I would beleive UPS before anyone else, They know there business. I have had zero problems for years, plus they are faster than the rest. Go UPS!

It took UPS Express 5 days to deliver a package from Turkey to the USA. Lightning quick. Every time I have used them, I have had good luck.

Been waiting for my package/iphone since Feb. 11, its now Feb 16....its hard not having a phone
