DPD Tracking

angeblich sollte mein paket vor einigen tagen ankommen, ist es aber nicht. tracking funktioniert nicht. der amazon-kundendienst weiß dann, dass das paket angeblich "beim transport verloren" wurde. wtf!?! was ist das für eine beschissene firma? beim versuch, die firma selbst zu erreichen nichts als stundenlang in der warteschleife! wieso arbeitet amazon mit so einem unseriösen unternehmen zusammen? und wieso kann ich nicht selber wählen, durch wen ich zustellung wünsche? bartolini jedenfalls würde ich dafür NIE WIEDER wählen!
