Why take so long to clearance department in Hong Kong.it’s no update for one day .I paid for the ,now is not express at all.

barang dari klang ke ampang.. dh 6 hri barang x smpai, dan x updated barang dh kat mana. bila call kena suruh tunggu je, courier lain okay je2-3 hri dh smpi.awat lama sngt brg smpaai

Australia Post says DHL lost my parcel as they work together. This is so so disappointing. How professional it is to lose a parcel. You had one job DHL and Aus Post!!! I sent a gift to my family, and it has been months that my parcel didn’t even leave Sydney yet, it is lost. DHL never even tried to deliver but they lost it straight away! Is that because people work for you steal our stuff or you just don’t know how to deliver delivery service? Shame on you.

Very slow delivery

Delivered a packet to DHL in Tucson Arizona on Frida 20th August and was delivered to rural France on Monday 23rd August….first class service all the way. Thank you DHL.USA

Delivery guy is a very lazy man.. He put my parcel at security guard and said to security that I'm not at home. Very bad service from DHL...

L’expéditeur m’a informée que mon colis a été remis à DHL le 07/08 et , depuis aucune nouvelle, même avec le numéro de suivi. C’est pour un mariage . Ça va arriver trop tard et je suis très embarrassée.

Mal, muy muy mal. Dicen que han pasado por tu casa a dejar el plaquete y es totalmente mentira. En mi urbanización hay conserje y siempre los recoge. No me llamaron ni por telefono. Pagué 7.95€ para que me llegara el paquete a casa y encima tuve yo que desplazarme 7km a un punto de recogida. SERVICIO MALO MALO MALO
