I sent a Priority International Package on July 28, 2021. USPS told me it should take 6-10 business days. It has been 20 days and my package is nowhere is untraceable. It was supposed to be a surprise birthday gift for August 24 and I sent it in advance to get there on time but it’s in limbo and I considered it missing because no one knows where its location is or who handled it last.

They can’t even delivery priority mail under 300 miles from my home in Florida 3 incidence in last 6 months they are worthless but they can monitor social media on citizens but can’t do their job. Also, want more money what a joke they are!

I have been nothing but impressed with how my local postal workers have been about delivering my mail within a timely fashion. Patience is a virtue, so I don’t expect everything to be delivered when I feel it should. This pandemic made me truly value them even more. Thank you for being one of our very important and critical essential worker(s). I greatly appreciate your hard work and service.

When USPS first announced their Informed Delivery service, I thought it was a neat idea. I'd know exactly what to expect in my mailbox each day. Instead, it's turned into a frustrating experience. So often I'll have a message that says "there's a mail piece for which we do not currently have an image that is included in today's mail" that turns out NOT to be in my mailbox that day or the next. I'm by nature an anxious individual, so I immediately begin worrying about what mail I'm not getting, especially when I'm expecting something important. If USPS could enhance Informed Delivery to show images of ALL the mail, that way I'd know immediately what sender to contact if an item shown was not in my mailbox.

I sent 4 family history books to separate addresses in the Uk 5/13/21 and they arrived 5/18/21. I was impressed. USPS not all bad. Sure came through for me. Had a slow package to GA at Christmas but - it’s GA.

Посылка не отслеживается с 8 .04 .21 отправлена в США. Показывает статус нахождения в Германии.

В период коронавирус мне отправляли мои родные посылки не раз но они застревали в Москве и не двигались дальше и отправитель должен написать заявление на розыск посылки и после этого посылка начинает двигаться и доходит до адресата

Raymond is awesome he is the best mail delivery guy I have met. He is kind, respectful, helpful and overall very good at his job.
