Alucino como puede ser que exista una empresa así de mentirosos y ... Hice un pedido a Shein(llevo como 25 pedidos) nunca me habia pasado nada. Hasta que apareció Urvaam.. una empresa en que no te contestan por wassap ni por correo electrónico ni nada. Llevo desde el mes pasado esperando mi pedido, lo peor es que mi ahijada no recibió su regalo de pascua.. unos conjuntitos de bebé. Según el seguimiento llevan viniendo 5 veces y puedo asegurar que no ha venido nadie a mi casa porque siempre hay gente. Hoy he recibido a las 8:50 un mensaje de lo cual no dejan responder.. que estaba Ausente y que rellene formulario para concretar día. Pero a ver h.p que no habéis venido ni una sola vez!!! Que la semana pasada rellene el formulario para el día 13 y no vino nadie. Pienso reclamar a la Ocu y que tome las medidas necesarias. Empresas así deberían cerrar.

Me enviaron mensaje conforme habian entregado mi pedido y era mentira, la sorpresa llega cuando veo el albaran y sale un dni que no es mio junto a mi nombre y una firma que tampoco es mia, son unos estafadres y se quedan con los pedidos, hay que pararles los pies
