don't use this service if at all possible. the person receiving package will thank you. Heck the canada post employees will thank you, we all know they don't like to work!
twice an address change took place. when called told they don't have address on file. shipper sent copy of label on box. guess they can't read at canada post

just to prove a point. I have attempted to make 2,1 star post but I guess they don't pass canada post approval system for their reviews. not sure how that's a red flag for corruption!
My package was supposed to arrive on thursday but it didn't arrive not even on friday and it's still not here. the racking system is even worse, 7-8 days ago it was inbound to my city but when we got a new tracking number, it said the package was still a province away. so please fix your system because I'm starting to like FedEx more.
